In short
WakilAds reads your Meta ad data so it can answer your questions and suggest changes. It changes your ads only after you press Approve. You can disconnect it and ask us to delete your data at any time.
What we read from Meta
When you add WakilAds as a partner in Meta Business Manager, we can read the ad account you connected: its campaigns, ad sets and ads, their settings, and their results such as spend, reach, clicks and leads.
We read the Facebook Page and pixel you choose for a project so that new campaigns can use them. We never ask for, or receive, your Facebook password.
What you give us
Your name and email address when you sign up, the details you add about your business, and the questions you ask in the chat.
How we use it
To answer your questions, run the daily check, prepare suggested changes, and make the changes you approve. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you or anyone else.
Some of this work is done by service providers we rely on, such as hosting and AI model providers. They process data only to provide their service to us.
Disconnecting and deleting your data
To stop all access, remove WakilAds as a partner in Meta Business Manager. This takes effect at once.
To delete your WakilAds account and the data we keep about it, ask us from inside the app. We will confirm when it is done.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before the change matters to you.
